New Hcap system for us:  Anyone with a WHS\Club hcap will start from this.  Winning: 21-28 cut 3,11-20 cut 2,1 - 10 cut 1.

Second: 21-28 cut 2, 1-20 cut 1.  Also, reverting to old ways. If you score 30+ points - cut 0.3, between 20-29 gain 0.3, DEPENDING ON HCAP, the lower you are, the less movement,  and under 20 gain 1 whole shot back. Should keep things moving after each month this way. Hcaps to be reviewed after 3 rounds and cut/raised accordingly. All subject to change of course and the committee's decision is final.

Birdie 2 pot:  No of members x £2 into the pot.  Birdies on Par 3's only.  Must hit the green to be in with a chance, doesn't count if off the green.  Make the putt and take all or part shared of the monthly pot, £60 at the time of writing.  If nobody holes out, then rolled over to next month, ie: £120.

Again, any input most welcome.  Still deciding on a few courses but the most favoured are in again. Also, any friends/family welcome, we want to build this up, particularly prize pot and monthly games.
